Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- The product is not as described or incorrect (wrong item received).
- The product is defective, damaged on arrival, or non-functional.
- The product is missing essential components (e.g., accessories, parts).
- The product was never delivered (must be verified through delivery logs).
- The item is not in the condition advertised (e.g., used instead of new).
- Duplicate or overcharged payments with proof.
How to Request a Refund

- Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or screenshot)
- A clear explanation of the issue and reason for the refund
- Photos or videos as supporting evidence, if applicable
We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
Important Terms
- Refunds will not be processed after 7 days from delivery.
- The item must be returned in original packaging, unused or in the condition it was received.
- Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (or as store credit if preferred).
- We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if a buyer simply no longer wants the product.
- Bulk purchases are final unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
