Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day refund period from the date of delivery. If more than 7 days have passed, unfortunately, we cannot process a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

• The product is not as described or incorrect (wrong item received).
• The product is defective, damaged on arrival, or non-functional.
• The product is missing essential components (e.g., accessories, parts).
• The product was never delivered (must be verified through delivery logs).
• The item is not in the condition advertised (e.g., used instead of new).
• Duplicate or overcharged payments with proof.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us immediately after receiving the product. Email us here.

1. Your full name and contact details
2. A copy of the payment receipt
3. Proof of payment (e.g., transaction ID or screenshot)
4. A clear explanation of the issue and reason for the refund
5. Photos or videos as supporting evidence, if applicable

We will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.

Important Terms

• Refunds will not be processed after 7 days from delivery.
• The item must be returned in original packaging, unused or in the condition it was received.
• Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment (or as store credit if preferred).
• We do not offer refunds for “change of mind” or if a buyer simply no longer wants the product.
• Bulk purchases are final unless otherwise agreed upon in advance.
